We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Perfume Point. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email us at allenjimmy1441@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
